I. Role Overview
The Account Executive (AE) will support sales and manage relationships with international clients for our product (HR Management system).
This role will require a strong understanding of international markets, HR technology, and the ability to tailor solutions to meet the needs of global businesses.
The Account Executive will also be the primary contact for prospective and existing clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, satisfaction, and retention.
II. Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Sales Growth
- Prospect New Clients: Identify potential clients in international markets for our product (HR Management system)
- Pitch & Demo: Tailor product demonstrations to the specific needs of potential customers, showcasing how the platform can resolve their HR challenges.
- Negotiation & Closing: Engage in sales negotiations, navigate client objections, and close deals that align with the client’s needs and the company’s goals.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Onboarding & Training: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they fully understand and can effectively use our product
- Maintain Ongoing Relationships: Regularly check in with clients to provide support, address issues, and ensure they are fully satisfied with the product.
- Customer Feedback: Act as the bridge between clients and the product team, gathering feedback and suggesting improvements to enhance the software.
3. Contract & Renewals Management
- Manage Contracts: Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts with international clients, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Upsell & Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or cross-sell new features based on the evolving needs of clients.
- Renewals: Drive contract renewals by proving the long-term value of the HR management system and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.
4. Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Product Development Input: Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure that the platform meets the diverse needs of international clients.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to create sales materials that resonate with international prospects and existing clients.
- Customer Support Alignment: Partner with customer support teams to ensure that any client issues are quickly resolved and communicated back to the sales process.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales,preferably within the HR software or SaaS industry.
- Experience in international markets is a plus.
- Female preferable
Soft Skills :
- Client-Centric Focus: Building strong, trust-based relationships with clients by consistently delivering value and being responsive to their needs.
- Efficient Task Prioritization: Managing multiple clients and prospects across different regions without sacrificing attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences and cultures.
- Listening Skills: Actively listen to client needs and concerns to deliver the right solutions and provide a personalized approach.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills, cultural awareness, and an ability to navigate international business dynamics.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client challenges and offer solutions.
Hard Skills :
- In-depth Knowledge of HR Software: Thorough understanding of HRIS, payroll, talent management, and other HR processes commonly used by companies
- Consultative Selling: Engaging clients in a consultative sales process where you understand their pain points and position the HR system as a tailored solution
- Technical Skills: SaaS model understanding, experience in using CRM tools, API & integration knowledge
- Reporting & analytics: Able to use customer feedback data to analyze customer satisfaction and the possibility of product improvement
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
