Mô tả công việc
- You will be planning, coordinating and supervising the projects
- You will generally manage and arrange to get the projects done on time
- You will be responsible for all internal communication between Artists, Art Directors and Technical Managers: organizing meetings, discussion, feedback and all other communication
- You will handle daily communicate with the clients through emails, phone calls
- You will communicate to management team in order to update the project status, to address any misunderstanding and get help if needed
- You will be planning development procedures, establishing schedule milestones, supervising Artists
- You will assign and schedule work to everyone in the team
- You will be responsible for submitting work to clients once it is done
- You have to be assure to get all project information and requirements to the whole team.
- You will translate all information, feedback from clients to Artists
- You encourage and motivate the team
- You will have the chance to be promoted to be Senior Producer

- 5 years’ experience in Producer or Project Manager position
- Good experience in managing a multiple team
- Positive and proactive attitude & Good team-player
- Ability to motivate a multiple team
- Effective communication in both Vietnamese and English
- Organization skill, Project Management Skill
- Good critical, creative thinking
- Interpersonal skill, Problem solving skill
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and in a multiple team
- Ability to accurately estimate timelines for outsourcing projects
- Good experience in managing a multiple team
