Position Overview: As a Charter Sales Executive, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for generating revenue by identifying and engaging potential clients and leads through outbound calls in Vietnam. Initially candidate will be based in Dubai office followed by frequent visits to Vietnam for meetings. Person should be willing to relocate to Dubai. This role requires individuals with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a drive to achieve targets. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position offers an incentive system to motivate and reward high performance. Even though office timings are 9-5 but working hours can vary depending on the work, they are usually long. Late finishes are a common part of the job due to the pressure to achieve targets. Sales is a target-driven industry. Therefore, work can be stressful and demanding. Traveling away from home overnight and for longer periods abroad is common. Needless to say, you need to consider that constant travel can negatively impact your personal and social life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our range of services/products.
• Generate new leads through various online platforms and research.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and effectively presenting solutions to meet those needs.
• Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for generating leads and improving sales performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
• Frequently travelling between Dubai and Vietnam.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Yêu cầu công việc

• Strong communication skills in English & Vietnamese, both verbal and written. (Compulsory)
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection or challenges.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidate with 2-3 years of sales experience in Cargo Airline or Cargo GSSA background will be preferred.
